We are the Fourge
The Fourge is an innovation house where raw ideas meet belief, support, and fire, and are shaped into tools the world needs next.
At The FOURGE, we create global projects, pitching competitions, immersive experiences, and innovative tools that awaken the visionary in those who don’t yet see their own potential. We empower emerging thinkers to shape their ideas into world-changing solutions.
Our work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, creativity, storytelling, and access. Everything we build is designed to remove barriers, challenge traditional gatekeeping, and open doors for people who have historically been overlooked, underestimated, or underfunded.
Our House, Our Rooms
The Fourge is a house, and within it are rooms designed for different stages of growth:
It’s a Girl Thing: a global movement helping women and girls turn bold ideas into world-changing businesses, starting from zero and rising fast.
The 40% Club: funding, amplifying, and championing underfunded founders building big ideas with limited capital but limitless vision.
The Deep: an immersive, TED-style experience where powerful stories, lived realities, and brave conversations invite people to seek discomfort and leave transformed.
The Drop Fund: £100–£500 micro-grants for early-stage businesses, because we believe even a single drop of support can create a ripple of change.
Each room is different, but the mission is the same: to help people build what the world needs next.
We believe:
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin
Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not
Small support, given at the right moment, can change everything
Belonging should come before belief
If you come to us, your potential will hold no limits. Pick a room in this house and find your place to make a change.
The Fourge is for:
Emerging founders and first-time entrepreneurs
Women, girls, and underrepresented builders
Creatives and storytellers with something to say
People with ideas but no access
Visionaries who don’t yet know they’re visionaries
