5. Funding & Grants (Including The Drop Fund)
Any funding, grants, or financial support offered by The Fourge:
Is discretionary and not guaranteed
May be subject to additional terms, reporting, or conditions
Must be used for the purpose agreed at the time of award
Misuse of funds may result in repayment or exclusion from future opportunities.
6. Paid Roles & Advisory Positions
Where paid advisory or delivery roles are offered:
Engagement is subject to the agreement of specific terms
Payment is conditional on agreed responsibilities and timelines
Participation does not create an employment relationship unless explicitly stated
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Fourge website, including text, logos, images, and materials, is owned by or licensed to The Fourge unless stated otherwise.

Participants retain ownership of their own ideas and businesses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any non-public information shared during programmes, funding processes, or advisory work must be treated as confidential.

Other participants
Funding decisions
Internal processes
Business ideas shared in confidence
9. Conduct & Behaviour
We are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and respectful spaces.
We will not tolerate:
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
Breaches of safeguarding standards
Conduct that undermines the values of The Fourge
We reserve the right to remove individuals from programmes or events where necessary.
10. Children & Young People
Where programmes involve participants under 18:

Participation is subject to appropriate permissions

11. Limitation of Liability

Losses arising from participation in programmes or events
Business outcomes, financial loss, or missed opportunities
