• May be subject to additional terms, reporting, or conditions

• Must be used for the purpose agreed at the time of award

Misuse of funds may result in repayment or exclusion from future opportunities.

6. Paid Roles & Advisory Positions

Where paid advisory or delivery roles are offered:

• Engagement is subject to the agreement of specific terms

• Payment is conditional on agreed responsibilities and timelines

• Participation does not create an employment relationship unless explicitly stated

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fourge website, including text, logos, images, and materials, is owned by or licensed to The Fourge unless stated otherwise.

Participants retain ownership of their own ideas and businesses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Conduct & Behaviour

We will not tolerate:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour

• Breaches of safeguarding standards

• Conduct that undermines the values of The Fourge
