God,
You are the source of all wisdom, purpose, and creation.
We place The Fourge in Your hands.
Bless this work, the people we serve, and all who support it.
Guide us with discernment, courage, and compassion as we build what the world needs next.
May everything we do honour You and serve others well.
Amen.
God-centred. Purpose-led. People-focused.
The Fourge is God-centred because our work begins and ends with God.
Everything we build, steward, and stand for is rooted in God’s grace and guidance. In moments of uncertainty, challenge, and rebuilding, we choose to anchor ourselves in God, allowing faith to shape not only what we do but also how we do it.
We believe that purpose is placed within people by God long before systems recognise it. Our role is to help uncover that purpose, nurture it, and create the conditions for it to grow.
We build with humility, knowing we are stewards, not owners.
We lead with courage, trusting God’s direction even when the path is uncomfortable. We hold people with compassion, because love is always the starting point.
The Fourge exists to serve, faithfully, boldly, and with integrity, trusting God with the outcomes and committing ourselves fully to the work.
